The meeting was called to order at 10:40 AM, following a meeting of the 
Trustees for the IETF Trust. 

Approval of the Minutes 

This item was deferred.

IAD Report for May 11, 2006

The IAD reported that there were at present 181 people registered for Montreal, 
the current date still being well before the previous period of registration. 
In addition, there have been 23 requests for letters of invitation and 22 
social tickets sold. 

Four overflow hotels have now been made available. The room block for the Delta 
Hotel is now fully registered. 

The IAD reported on a plan that NeuStar Secretariat Services is pursuing to 
obtain multi-meeting contracts for venues for 2007 and after, which could save 
substantial amounts of money per meeting.

The IAD reported on discussions concerning the format of the IASA Budget 
reports. 

IAOC Old Business 
- 2008 - 2010 Calendar 
-- Post for community LC 15 May for 1 Week 
-- IAOC Adopt final calendar 25 May 

The IAOC discussed the meeting calendar for 2008-2010. The draft calendar has 
been circulated and discussed widely. The IAOC intends to adopt this schedule 
May 25th even though responses have not yet been obtained from all of the other 
organizations which desire coordination with the IETF meeting schedule, as all 
of these organizations have had sufficient notice of the proposed schedule. 

- Retreat Schedule

The IAOC discussed the schedule for its retreat on May 31st and availability 
for a possible extension of the retreat on June 1st. 

- IETF-IANA Implementation Agreement 
-- Timeline - Executed by Montreal 
-- Process 

There is an IETF IANA Implementation MOU in draft, and the plan is to have this 
ready 
for execution by the Montreal meeting.
