A revised "Best and Final Offer" has been received for the RFC Editor RFP from 
one of the bidders. This offer and its financial implications were discussed at 
length.

The Budget for 2007 was reviewed. There was extensive discussion of meeting 
fees for 2007, including whether there should be a surcharge for meetings in 
more expensive locations, or whether these costs should be smoothed across all meetings.

Lynn St. Amour reminded the IAOC that the full budget package was required for 
the 4th week of October, and that the IAOC's Budget inputs were required by the 
time of the next meeting.

The Fall, 2007, meeting update was deferred due to the lack of time.
