These were deferred due to a lack of new Minutes.

IAD Report for October 5th, 2006
- ID Submission Tool Proposal

The IAD reported on, and the IAOC discussed, the proposal from support of the 
ID submission tool from NeuStar Secretariat Services and its impact on the IASA 
budget. 

IAOC Old Business

The IAOC discussed a query about changes in address of the author's of Internet 
Drafts, and were in agreement with Brian Carpenter's draft reply : 

"Internet-Drafts are posted by the Secretariat exactly as received, and never 
modified, since they are part of the IETF archive. To modify an author's 
address, it is necessary to submit an updated draft with an increased version 
number."
