There being no new Minutes, these were deferred.

IAD Report
- NSS call update

The IAD reported that preparations for the Prague IETF and planning for 
subsequent meetings through the Fall of 2008 was proceeding smoothly. A 
location has been found for the Prague Social, and Internet connectivity issues 
at the Hotel seem to have been resolved satisfactorily.

The IAD reported that the IANA was ready to sign the current version of the 
SLA. A Motion authorizing the IAD to proceed with this draft was proposed by 
Brian Carpenter, Seconded by Leslie Daigle and passed unanimously. 

The IAD described the draft RFP for the IETF Meeting NOC and requested comments 
from the IAOC. This matter was placed on the agenda for the subsequent week for 
publication on the 22nd of December. 

The IAD reported that he was awaiting a reply from ISI on the current draft 
contract. He is working with the IETF Counsel in preparing language concerning 
status of IETF Intellectual Property under this agreement. 

The IAOC also discussed various meeting related taxation issues.

The IAOC discussed its upcoming retreat (January 10th and 11th in Nyons, 
Switzerland), with a goal of preparing an agenda by the subsequent meeting.
