Approval of the Minutes
 
The Minutes for June 8th, having been previously distributed, were approved.

IAD Report for June 15, 2006

The IAD reported that as of the morning of the meeting there were 588 people 
registered for the Montreal IETF, which was more than at a similar time before 
the Dallas IETF meeting. 

Site selection for the March, 2007, IETF meeting continues, with a team from 
NeuStar Secretariat Services planning site visits shortly. 

There has been as yet no response to the RFC Editor RFI, which closes one week 
after this meeting; the IAOC requested that another notification be sent out. 

The IAD reported that Revision "E" of the IASA budget was now ready, including 
moneys received for the Montreal Meeting from the Canadian convention bureau. 
The average registration fee for the Dallas meeting, including late charges and 
student discounts, was $ 565. The expenditures for meeting food and beverage 
and audio/visual equipment rentals, however, are running above expectations, 
and the budget has been adjusted, with moneys being taken from the special 
projects line item, to reflect this.

The IAD described the current status of the NeuStar Secretariat (NSS) Contract 
work, and possible interim Contract revisions. The IAOC discussed these 
matters, and the general performance of NSS to date, in preparation for the NSS 
Contract Review call planned with NSS personnel on June 19th. 

The Meeting at this point being out of time, subsequent agenda items were 
deferred to future meetings.
