The meeting started with the IAOC welcoming Fred Baker as a new IAOC member, 
effective January 15th, 2007. 

Approval of the Minutes

There being no new Minutes, this matter was deferred.

IAD Report for January 18th, 2006

    * meeting updates

The IAD being unable to attend the meeting, this matter was deferred.

Old Business

    * NOC RFP
          o Update

Lucy Lynch reported that the IAOC had received 4 complete bids for the NOC RFP. 
These will be reviewed technically by a volunteer team consisting of Jim 
Martin, Karen O'Donoghue, Chris Elliot and herself. 

    * ISI contract
          o IPR issue resolution

Leslie Daigle reported that there was no news on this issue.

    * Tools Contract update

Brian Carpenter reported that there was no news on this issue. 

    * Customer Satisfaction Survey.

The IAOC discussed means of obtaining community feedback including a customer 
survey and public RFIs for future contracts. The IAOC Chair requested that 
Brian Carpenter send a note to the IESG describing this approach and requesting 
their input. 

New Business

    * Action Items (IAOC Retreat)

The IAOC discussed the action items resulting from its retreat in Nyon, 
Switzerland, the previous week. 

Housekeeping

    * calendar for Prague

The IAOC discussed the calendar for its face to face meetings at the Prague 
IETF, including a sit down dinner on Monday including all incoming members. 

    * wiki updates

Lucy Lynch reported that she, the IAD and Marshall Eubanks would meet soon to 
discuss the operation of the new IAOC wiki.
