Leslie Daigle moved to approved the minutes for the last call, which had been previously distributed. The minutes were duly approved.

Leslie Daigle then described her discussions with Mark Foster of NeuStar. NeuStar is pleased with the progress made to date in the negotiations.

Brian Carpenter requested a list of the IPR owned by the IETF, and
Kurtis Lindqvist volunteered to prepare this.

The agenda for the IASA component of the IETF Plenary was then discussed, along with plans for a meeting with Mark Foster. The Team expressed a strong desire for this meeting to clarify the details
of the NeuStar - CNRI contract and the planned IPR Trust.

The best time for this meeting was determined to be 1 to 3 PM Wednesday.

The presentation at the IETF plenary was then discussed.
Topics to be presented included the status of the IAD job search, the completion of the BCP, and the basic idea of the structure being set up, how people will be selected for it, and so forth. Leslie
Daigle pointed out that many people in the room won't have followed the discussion on the IETF list, and that to give them a high level view would be useful.

A discussion of office hours and Team meeting times for IETF week then followed. The Team agreed to meet Monday during office hours, and Thursday for Lunch.
