The IETF Trust License :

The IAD reported that the new draft License for the proposed IETF Trust has been forwarded to NeuStar for their review.

Message to the IETF Concerning the IETF Trust :

The IAOC agreed on the text of a letter to the IETF community describing the proposed IETF Trust, and concluded that it should be posted to the IETF-Announce list.

Future IETF Meetings :

The IAD reported that the arrangements for IETF-65 were proceeding satisfactorily. The revenues required to run future IETF meetings were discussed in detail.

IASA Budget :

The IAD reported that the preparation of the IASA Budget was proceeding at that he expected to meet the October 3rd deadline.

Engagement Letter for the IETF Counsel :

The draft engagement letter with Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr for IETF Counsel work was discussed briefly, but it was decided to defer approval of this until the next meeting.
