The IAOC Call Agenda
Approval of the Minutes for January 18th.
The IAOC approved the adoption of the Minutes for January 18th.
IAD Report
The IAD reported that, based on current registrations, he expected the Prague
meeting to meet the target of 1250 registration. The cutoff for early
registrations in March 9th.
Planning for subsequent IETF meetings is advancing, with site selections near
for the December, 2007 and March, 2008, meetings.
Old Business
NOC Contract
o Authorization to conclude discussions and proceed to ISOC for its
authorization to execute the contract.
The IAD reported that the evaluation of the 4 responses to the NOC RFP for
Prague had been completed, and that a vendor had been selected. He requested
authorization to proceed with this matter and to request the execution of a
contract by ISOC. The proposed agreement is a two year agreement, but a
services contract only for the Prague IETF; other vendors or the previous
volunteer arrangement could be used for subsequent meetings if desired.
The IAOC reached consensus to proceed with this matter.
ISI Contract
o Copy Edit Contract
The IAD reported that the RFC Editor contract was still in review by ISI. Upon
request by the IAOC, he will ask ISI for a status report. There are now two
signed contracts for copy editing.
ID Tool Status
The IAD reported that there was a test plan for the ID Tools extension, that
there were three volunteer testers, and that they were seeking seeking 3 more.
New Business
NSS RFI Status
The IAD reported that this matter was still in progress.
