Global Financial Crisis and Impact on IETF/Contingency Budget The Committee members discussed a contingency budget prepared by Ray in case of loss of revenue. The IAOC thinks it is important to understand the consequences of reduced attendance at IETF meetings due to the world wide economic situation. We want to be prepared if there is a downturn in attendance. The Committee discussed adding one of these contingency scenarios to the budget proposal being sent to ISOC. They also discussed NOC sponsorships for the upcoming San Francisco, Stockholm and Hiroshima meetings. 2. Minneapolis The Committee discussed the numbers for Minneapolis and the general consensus is that they are fine. Russ moved to adjourn the meeting. [Meeting ended at 11:17 AM EST.]
