The IAOC Committee meeting was called to order by Bob.  Not having a quorum, it was decided that no issues could be voted on by the Committee at this time.

The Committee did not review or approve the minutes set forth on the agenda.



1. AMS Proposal 



The Committee discussed the AMS proposal.



2. RFC Editor Update 



The Committee discussed the status of the RFC Editor update and the next steps.



3. Meetings Update 



The Committee discussed the status of several upcoming IETF meetings.



4. Scribe



The Committee still has not secured the services of a volunteer scribe.  This was discussed and another request will go out to the Community.
